LOCAL DELIVERY
We're pleased to offer our Calgary, AB customers local delivery. One candle is $8 for local delivery, and two or more candles is $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries may take place between 10 am and 8 pm. Please choose a shipping address that can successfully receive your order during this window.

GENERAL CANDLE QUESTIONS
Why soy wax?
Soy wax is natural, renewable, and clean-burning, and all of our candles are free of any artificial dyes, additives, or paraffin.
How do I make my soy candle last longer?
Keep your wick trimmed to 1/8" - 1/4" before burning, and allow it to burn until the wax pool (melted wax) reaches the full edge of the container.
How long should I burn my soy candle?
We recommend you burn your candle until a full melt pool has developed, and we recommend not burning your soy candle for longer than 4 hours.
Do any of your oils contain phthalates?
Never. We are proud to use all phthalate-free oils.
Why are there bubbles rising to the surface of my soy candle?
Because soy wax is natural, it is more sensitive to temperature change which means as you burn and cool your candle, the wax natural expands and shrinks. This results in air bubbles, and is a natural result of a clean-burning candle. This will not affect the quality of your candle.
It looks like the wax isn't fully adhering to the sides of my jar (wet spots) - is this normal?
Yes. Soy wax is a natural product, and putting it in a glass jar makes the wax expand and retract and it heats and cools. This natural process sometimes results in the wax 'pulling' away from the sides of the jar, resulting in what looks like wet spots. This will not affect the quality of your candle.
My favourite scent is currently sold out. Will it become available again?
We pride ourselves in producing in-season, exciting new fragrances. Because each scent is made in small batches and in limited quantities, they sell out quickly. Our popular candles are frequently restocked, so make sure you check back and follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with our products!
